Vacuum Pump Servicing

As well as supplying a full range of refurbished and rebuilt vacuum pumps we also Service Customer Equipment and offer a decontamination service. Servicing is available on all major makes of Vacuum Pumps includng Edwards, Leybold, Adixen (Alcatel), Pfeiffer (Balzers), Busch & Varian. Types of Pumps also include Dry Claw Pumps such as Edwads GV Series and IQDP Series. Service Exchange can also be arranged on some vacuum pumps.

As a new service we now offer On Site Servicing and Commissioning by our Field Service Engineer Mr. Ian Gillett, formally of IVS, who has over 30 years experience in the Vacuum Industry servicing vacuum pumps and a wide variety of other vacuum equipment.
 

Vacuum De-Gassing Chambers

We design, build and stock a wide range of Vacuum Degassing/De-airating units for removing air bubbles from materials such as RTV silicone, casting plasters and casting resins used in casting and encapsulating. Including liquid entry under vacuum and vacuum mixers.

Our range of vacuum degassing chambers include Vacuum Mixers, Cylindrical Chambers and Box Chambers. Chambers can also be designed and built to customers’ requirements and specifications. All vacuum degassing chambers can be supplied with either new or refurbished vacuum pumps chosen to suit the customers requirements such as pump down time. Most of the smaller vacuum pumps that are siutable for degassing can be supplied with either a 3 Phase motor or Single Phase motor.
