Now follows a brief description of our servicing procedure;
An initial external visual check.
Motor removal and strip down, visual check of condition of bearing housings and coils, insulation check of coils. Bearing replacement, rebuild and test run.
Pump Module stripped, decontaminated and cleaned.
Second visual check to assess condition of non-consumable parts.
Pump Module component parts Preperation for rebuild.
Third visual check to assess condition of non-consumable parts.
Pump Module rebuild and refitting of motor.
Leak Test were appropriate.
Run in test. The current drawn by the motor, the pump module temperature and the performance of the pump is monitored, measured and recorded.
Complete Pump Unit is then painted and service report completed along with the final checks then the equipment is ready to be packed and delivered.
All work is done to ISO9001 Certificate standards.
